Kris Boyle

Kris Boyle is an associate professor of journalism within the School of Communications at Brigham Young University, in Provo, Utah. Before coming to BYU, he taught journalism at Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. He earned a Ph.D. in Mass Communications from Texas Tech University. He has also worked as a reporter at the Idaho Falls Post Register in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He earned both a B.A. and M.A. in Communications from BYU. His research areas include social media, media framing, and sports communications.
